The Outcome Of Making Change Happen Depends On You

Do you ever find your-self thinking about your biggest regrets, mistakes, maybe it’s something you feel you should have said—but didn’t. Life has and always will be about learning and making mistakes because that’s the cause and effect of agency. If you get to make your own decisions then you get to handle the outcome—and there’s always an outcome.

Near the end of 2014 it was hard not to notice all the negative status updates on literally, all of my social networking accounts. People were complaining left and right and yeah, some of them were totally justified situations(I’m even guilty of ‘getting it off my chest,’ on Facebook), but when a person feels that an aspect of their life isn’t the way they would prefer—it’s important to take action. The outcome of making change happen depends on you.

A good friend once told me:

“Change doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by making changes,” and honestly they couldn’t have stated it any clearer. There are so many people that say they just want to roll with the punches but if you do that then you have absolutely no control over you life. And that means the outcome of making change happen depends on you.

That’s like letting your car spin out on ice and “going with the flow,” it wouldn’t be smart, right? Just remember that as a human being you are worth more than you could possibly imagine—we are all priceless in our own ways. Our talents, memories and trials have created who we are, what we want to eventually become and the future you develops while going through all of those situations—the mind sure does have to process a lot doesn’t it?

Here are some awesome ways to get motivated and help you create the outcome of making change happen:

  • Be Positive

  • Make a gratitude journal.

  • Picture the outcome(laws of attraction).

  • Watch: “The Secret.”

  • Set attainable goals.

  • Ask for help.

  • Do something new each and every day.

  • Love your-self.

    Blessed Be,
