(The fact that she doesn’t mind talking about her divorce is amazing, how many people do you think her situation will help? There are so many people in this world, who go through different trials. There’s one way to learn from history and that’s by listening to other people’s stories or going through your own and learning from those mistakes and trials). It’s great to see Mandy Moore talk openly about such a hard subject because it can help people who are currently going through similar trials. She said:

‘It’s really hard, but I’ve moved on and progressed in the stages of grief and being angry and feeling the loss and all that.”

Grief is never easy to deal with and we each go through it differently. It can take months to years because every individual is different in this world. But Many Moore and Ryan Adams both realized they weren’t going to work out, especially Moore. She felt she wasn’t ‘honoring,’ herself. She said:

‘I poured so much of myself into my personal life and when that wasn’t as fruitful as I hoped it would be and I extricated myself from that situation, I was able to realize I wasn’t honoring myself and my dreams and what I wanted in life.’

Loving yourself and following your dreams, wants and goals in life is important because it determines your future. And you are the only one who should be in charge of your future, choices and what you want to do with your life. You’re in control but if you don’t feel that way then things can become a little rough and some people even begin to lose self-esteem. (I feel like, if you settle for less once then you’ll be willing to settle for even less later).

Many Moore and Ryan Adams may not have worked out but that hasn’t stopped her from believing that all things in this life happen for a reason. She said:

“ I do believe things happen for a reason. And I think I had that mantra moving through the trying times.”
